Article 4 Assignment and remuneration
As a broker, CAP FRANCE acts under a mandate from its client and carries out an objective analysis of the market among its partners. The list of partner institutions is available on request.
Financial or capital ties with one or more credit institutions: declaration to be completed — mandatory for a banking intermediary .
Remuneration consists of commissions paid by the institutions and, where applicable, fees charged to the client. The amount or the method of calculation is communicated in writing before any signature.
No payment before the loan is obtained
Under article L. 322-2 of the French consumer code, no payment of any kind may be required from an individual before obtaining one or more loans.
